We & Our Network
SARBAH speaks in the plural because the work has always been plural. Every project is shaped by the people it is done with — clients who bring their own knowledge, instincts and way of seeing things. That leaves a mark. The thinking that goes into one project informs the next. Knowledge doesn't stay contained, it moves and accumulates.
This is also why we don't gatekeep. The expertise SARBAH carries is not a competitive advantage to be protected, it's a resource to be put to work for as many people as possible. A small business owner in Tallinn deserves access to the same quality of strategic thinking as a large organisation with a full communications department. That is the point.
So when we say we, we mean: this is always a conversation. You are not a client receiving a service, but a participant in a process that is genuinely collaborative.
It's also about the network. SARBAH is a practice led by one person. But one of the things that comes with that person is a long professional life in Estonian media, communications, fashion, and cultural life — and the relationships that come with it.
When a project requires capabilities beyond the core practice, we bring in people we know and trust. Photographers and videographers, graphic and web designers, digital marketers, technical staff and people who understand AI-assisted content production. Not a roster — people whose work we know firsthand and stand behind.
When it makes sense to connect you with someone in our network — a potential collaborator, a relevant contact, someone who could open a door — we do that.
Connecting cool humans with other cool humans is something we do naturally and without agenda.
